I’ve ordered this for almost 2 years. Phenomenal every time. Not this time and I’ve reached out to customer support. Hoping to hear back soon. This eyeliner pen applied watery and lacked pigment. So disappointed and hope it’s not a formula change. This is usually THE best. I’ve tired many many brand and this one is my only choice now.

The liner is dark and I love the tip! It makes it easy to apply and create a thin line. I struggle with oily lids so I always have problems with it smearing if I do it too thick. Well, I went a little over my usual thickness and unfortunately, it did smear on the top of my lid where my hooded eye touched the liner. That was a little dissapointing because I really liked the ease of use and the way it looks. But.... I can create a thinner line and keep using it so it still works for me!
