It’s beautiful, I love it! But unfortunately my mirror arrived with various scratches. I contacted customer service and was told I would need to ship the mirror back at my own expense in order to receive a new one. I told them I would be willing to keep it as is if I could at least receive a partial refund and got no response. So unfortunate!
